One of such awards is “Gazele Biznesu” (Gazelles of Business), awarded to the most dynamically developing Polish companies according to the list that has been published annually by Puls Biznesu magazine for over a decade.

The rules of “Gazelles” are based on simple calculation, with absolutely no voting mechanisms or obscure rules. To be included in the list of „Gazelles of Business” every company must meet the following criteria:

• Formed before 2007 and operational without pauses until now;
• In base year 2007 sales its income must fall within range of 3-200 mln PLN;
• In every year between 2007 and 2010 net sales income of the company must be higher than in the preceding year;
• In the years 2007-2010 company cannot record net losses;

• The company submitted its financial records for review at least once since 2007 (by publishing them in Polish Monitor B, transferring them to Coface Poland or submitting them by the entry form).
