Paulina Borowska

Call Center Executive / Board Member

Since June 2011 she is responsible for creation and realization of the development strategy and for the financial and efficiency results of the Delta Connect company.

She has 12 years of experience in the call center services, having executed various projects for our key Customers. For the 8 years she has been holding numerous managing offices and was responsible for the operational resources management, business process development and cost optimisation. For the last 4 years she was holding a position of Operational Director in ContactPoint, then she took a position of Operational Director of the Call Center Internet Group, where she was responsible for management of the Customer Service Department, coordination, control and financial optimisation of the Operational Centres (6 localizations, 1000 employees) and integration of the separate structures characterised by vastly different work culture.

 

Joanna Gąsecka

Sales Department Executive / Board Member

Since April 2010 she is responsible for negotiations and customer support, financial results and company development. 

Joanna has 11 years of experience in the call center sector that includes marketing, sales and support of the key Customers. Before joining Delta Connect, Joanna was working at Linea Directa Communications, where she was managing various projects for 4 years, working with the biggest companies on the Polish market. In 2009 she took over the position of a Director of Vita Direct Call Center, where she was responsible for the development of motivational processes, sales plans management, cooperation with Partners and Customers and monitoring/quality assessment in the Sales and Customer Service Department.
