Telemarketing

Telemarketing is one of the most popular services chosen by our Partners. This service may be used as the output service, when we use database (created by us or provided by Partner) to contact other parties on Partners behalf or as an input service, when Customers contact us directly.

 

In both cases, our task is to present the product or service of our Partner and provide prospective Customer with proposed purchase conditions. If Customer is interested in a purchase, our Phone Consultant accepts an order and, if our Partner wishes so, also sends a confirmation of the order placement by e-mail, fax or standard mail.

 

In case of every single service offered by our company, we recommend an optional update of provided databases that our Partners might use in their further marketing campaigns.

 

To provide our Partners comfort and security all calls are recorded. Recording may be transferred to the respective Partners or stored on the company premises for the set period.
